1. Automation Buk. Unit 1) TUBE AUTO SILO LOADING SYSTEM It's a facility which shall be needed in order to manufacture tube effetivily. Tubes shall be automatically stacked in temporary and shall be feed to next process by this facility It shall maximize manufacturing efficiency by reducing process work and can minimize cycle time. Staking and feeding rate: 800mm/min Stacking layer: 6 layer Applicable work spec: ψ31.8 ~ ψ76.1 x 15,000mm 2)AUTO LOADER & STORAGE SYSTEM It's facility which shall be needed in manufacturing automobile and parts. It shall automatically feed materials to work line and also automatically stack out-coming product. It shall maximizing manufacturing efficiency by reducing the tin gab between manually handling process and Automated processes. Feeding device assembly: Loading index table +Auto Loader + Deeping device for corrosion preventive + Auto storage CYCLE TIME: 30SEC Applicable work spec: ψ68.7 ~ ψ118.1(height 24 ~ 34mm) Maximum numbers of material in feeding device: 450EA (12' INDEX'G) Maximum numbers of products in stacking device: 300EA(4STEP) 3)F.M.S It is equipment which already installed in industrial high school an several job training center. Only 1(one) person can control processes such as material feeding by GANTRY LOADER→CNC lathe machining→ machining center→ measuting by vision system→ automatic stacking →packing by this system. Unit 1)Air pollution preventive facility (BAG' FILTER) It shall make working (Factory) environment better and flash by collecting, filtering and removing dust, noise, disgusting smell and etc. Cut down pollution Factor to telon environmental standards. And also contribute to preventing air pollution. Items: Bag filter, Adsorption tower, Scrubber, Electronic filter, Mist collector 2) Water pollution preventive facility (Wasted water) It is a facility which collect the industrial waste water from each production process and clean hazardous factor in it.
