PROFILE & FEATURE

SUNGWOO was established since 1993, in response to growing demand for high quality automated equipment for lead-frame fields, such as taping, down-set, cutting and LOC taping.

Today, Sungwoo products are used widely by the leading automated lead-frame manufacturer in Korea and Asia. With highly level-up R&D teams which has more than 20 years long experience in lead-frame and auto-mechanic fields.

Recently, Sungwoo is developing new concept package, such as tape attached technology of m-BGA and Vision inspect-ion system using image processing technology which cooperated national laboratory SERI; System Engineering and Research Institute in Korea.

In near feature, Sungwoo will be deve-loped all kind of auto-machines which include of A.I; Artificial Intelligence, at every operations of lead-frame manu-facturing process realize perfect quality with no inspector.
