DESIGN FEATURES
Design features unique to diffusion pumps provide positive benefits to the customer, such as
- Oil diffusion pumps incorporate an ejector stage as well as the full fractionation jets.
This feature assures the user of constantly purified pumping fluid and the capability of maintaining
low pressures
- Oil diffusion pumps incorporate insulated jet drip shields which prevent re-boiling of oil droplets
outside the jet assembly.
This feature assures the user of the lowest backstreaming rates attainable.
- Water cooling coils are attached by a porprietary weld/brace technique.
This special technique means excellent thermal cntact and no chance for coils to "melt" away from
the pump body in cases of accidental overheating.
- Pumps all incorporte a water-cooled cold cap which reduces 98 percent of the backstreaing common to
most diffusion pumps. Thus, the user is assured of a cleaner system.
- Water-cooled pumps incorporate the quick cool boiler coils, allowing faster shutdown of the system
with no camage to the oil.
- (4-inch and larger) pumps have a thermal protection switch as a standard feature. This device prevents
damage to the pump and surroundings due to overheating.

Tip off Oven
There is a process which tip-offs the exhaust tube in the final process of
picture tube manufacturing process.
This process influences very much on maintaining high vacuum in the tube. With long experience of
manufacturing TIP-OFF sockets, Sinpung Precision Industrial Co., Ltd. can satisfy the requirements
of the customers and mount the socket of the Exhaust cart for CPT for tip-off T.V picture tube
and Monitor cathode ray tube(C.R.T).
DESIGN AND FUNCTION
Socket is composed of Body, Heater, and Lead wire is insulated by inserting insulator into the
Nickel wire. This Tip-Off socket has been used for long time in manufacturing tube process and its
excellent performance has been now proved. It is composed of small numbers of parts which are
easily replaceable. Design can be changed on the requirements of the customers.
