This company is a heavy electric equipment part specialty business that since its inception on April
of 1979 it responds constantly with the rapid changes of business environment both domestically and
internationally while pursuing the technology development and quality improvement for the production
of products that are appropriate to the demand of the customers. Recently, a computer system, called Water Jet Cutting M/C, is introduced to achieve the precision and high classification of all cutting products. 
This company will not satisfy that. With the human-centered management and
