BOTTLE WASHER This is a multiple bath soaking jet type washer for returnable bottles. Bottles fed from one end are cleansed with detergent solutions at various concentrations and temperatures and then discharged from the opposite end. Low speed Model and high speed Model are manufactured for different capacity requirements. EFFICIENT CLEANING In place of warm soaking baths, the machine is designed with a detergent removal section. Cleaning power is just as strong as similar multiple bath models. COMPACT DESIGN Bottles are transported through the detergent solution bath by horizontal carriers. Soaking time is optimized for the most effective cleaning in this compact machine. EASY MAINTENANCE Fewer number of tanks means the supervision of bath temperatures and solution concentrations are easy and maintenance is simple. This machine can be used for casing or uncasing operation. Gripper heads move back and forth on a transfer shuttle device, between bottle conveyor, to perform the casing or uncasing operation. CASER & UNCASER EASY CHANGEOVER Easy and simple changeover is achieved with a simple attachment change and adjustment. RELIABLE CASING AND UNCASING When casing, the bottles are gripped by the grippers and then released close to the case bottom to prevent bottle breakage caused by impact. When uncasing, bottles are released close to the conveyor surface to prevent the bottles from falling on the conveyor. ACCURATE AND CONSISTENT OPERATION The grippers mechanically driven by crank motion mechanism provide accurate operation. BOTTLE CONVEYOR Bottle conveyor on which bottles are fed, plays an important role in smooth running of bottling line. MUHAK manufacture various conveyor units to suit bottle shapes and/or their capacities by abundant bottling technologies. In addition, conveyor units to meet customer's own specifications are also available.
