SERVO LOW PRESSURE DIE CASTING MACHINE
FEATURE
This machine casts the Aluminum Alloy and all the system is operated automatically by computer. Pressing
a system that is most important in casting aluminum specially uses the way of PID Control by computer.
So any Air Leak or Pressure Variable can not influence it and works pressing by given data.
Servo Low Pressure Die Casting Machine is developed first in Korea.
In addition to its productivity, it has best quality and user friendly system. It is possible to
analyze products.
It can automatically manage the production. High quality can be produced and new Aluminum Alloy can be
developed. For example, Engine Head & wheel of motor cycles and passenger vehicles.

INDUCTION BILLET HEATER

FEATURE
The machine is a BILLET Heating System by induction heating, being used in the Forging Factory, the Rolling Mill and so on. These companies tend to substitute induction heating for heating with combustibles(fuel oil, gas) to prevent the pollution, to cut down the lavor, to control the quality and to reduce the running cost.
Heating with combustibles(fuel oil, gas etc.) is hard to achieve reasonable operations because it cause inaccurate
temperature control, difficult quality control, low heat efficiency, lots of scale by long heating time.
Finally the mold abrasion is being faster by the scale.
But Induction Heating removes those defects and provides high qualities as follows;
- With connected to a forging machine it is possible to set up the machine.
- Due to short heating time it preserves the plasticity of BILLET.
- It can heat BILLET uniformly and also can control simply any forging temperature in heating.
- It is suitable to mass-produce.
- Due to small quantity of scale, it can prevent mold from abrasion.
- Since there is no combustible, it dosen't cause any environmental pollution.
- The repair cost is cheapper than combustion furnace.
- With electrifing energy, it can cut down running cost.
- To keep worker's from electric shock, protective circuit is installed in the machine and since
there is no frame, there is no danger of raising fire.
