Our company was founded in 1983 and has specialized in precision machinery parts manufacturing and metal surface treatment ever since. At the end of 1997, the number of full-time workers were ninety (90) and the total annual revenue reached to five (5) billion won. We, at the time of May 1998, have one hundred and seventy (170) or so tool machine and four (4) metal surface treating lines. Furthermore in 1998 alone, we have exported inner and outer treatment of ball-bearing machines to the US and developed surface treatment of Mg-Al alloy technique and its further enhancement. The total export revenue so far has reached to 300,000 dollars and 85% of technology development rate has been resulted in. Our company's next goal is to obtain ISO9002 system as a way to firmly establish quality guarantee system in October of 1998. Through this, we will try to perfect precision machinery parts and surface treatment techniques of metal, aluminum and magnesium products. We are manufacturing many products from No. 6000~6309 of inner and outer ball-bearing parts, which are thoroughly used in all industry fields. A product that facilitates viscosity, anti-corrosion and anti-degradation of aluminum parts used in automobile engine valve lock-arm by special surface treatment technology known as FDL coating. A Mg-Al alloy product that is light in weight and has enhanced applicability and environment friendly. It is expected that the product has a potentially good market and can be used widely in every industry fields.
