Jul. 26. 1988 The incorporated company was established and registered with the capital of £Ü200,000,000
Sep. 1. 1988 Contract was made to move into changwon machinery industry complex.
Mar. 10. 1989 Completion of building plant was permitted.
May. 1. 1989 The company started operation of power steering manufacturing and machining lines.
Sep. 5. 1989 The capital was increased to £Ü360,000,000
Sep. 1. 1990 Ball screw manufacturing line was established.
Dec. 6. 1990 The plant was registered in changwon city.
Oct. 10. 1991 The capital was increased to £Ü490,000,000
Aug. 7. 1996 Potentiality as a small and medium enterprise was approved by small and medium industries promotion corporation.
Nov. 27. 1997 The company was endorsed by military power administration as military service exemption company.
May. 21. 1998 The company was registered to Venture business in small and medium industries administration.
