BELLOWS VALVE


This valve welds the gap between the body and the disc by using the bellows to form the structure with the body and the parts to function as the gas disconnecting valve which completely disconnects the leakage of the valve. (The frenzy and the size of the valve is enabled to be produced according to the conditions of the requested party).

Production Site
  1. CNC Lathe Work
    As the processing equipment of valve body, under the severe shaving condition, there is no change of preciseness, has excellent vibration absorbtion, and able to install the circulating tools. Therefore, many CNC major high speed high precision lathe which may shave in many ways are possessed.

  2. Welding
    In welding of bellows and body, use the high frequency inducing heater to raise the temperature to the appropriate degree which heightens the coagulation by welding.

  3. Airtight test
    After closing the valve, mix the freon gas and air to inject. After 6 hours in closed condition, confirm with the gas leaking detector.

  4. Inner Pressure Test
    After the welding, Install the valve with the cap has not been assembled. After injecting air, confirm the valve body and bellows area, leakage of welding area which are to be submerged.
